The General Notary Session Flow
01. Pre-Session Connection
Jessica confirms the document type, the number of signers, and your location (Mobile or Online). A specific time is locked in.
02. Identity Verification
Whether in-person or via secure RON portal, Jessica verifies your government-issued ID to ensure compliance with Pennsylvania statutes.
03. Document Review & Signing
Jessica ensures you understand the record you are signing. You sign the document, and Jessica performs the notarial act (Jurat or Acknowledgment).
04. Completion & delivery
Payment is processed, and you receive your notarized documents instantly (Digital) or as a hard copy (Mobile). Your session is recorded in the notary journal.
What You Need for Your Session
1. Proper Identification
- Driver’s License or Non-Driver ID
- U.S. Passport or Passport Card
- U.S. Military ID
- Foreign Passport (must be stamped by USCIS)
2. Your Documents
- The complete document (not just the signature page)
- All pages filled out except for the signature and notary sections
- Any required witnesses (if your document specifies them)
- For Online sessions: A clear digital PDF version
